TO THE ROLLING WHEELS OF MEMPHIS "ROLLING ON THE BLUFF CELEBRATION", VENDOR WILL BE CAREFULLY SELECTED, 

 

 

AFTER BEING SELECTED FOR VENDING A VENDOR AGEEMENT FORM MUST BE FILL OUT & SIGNED.

 

 

VENDOR AGREEMENT FORM

 

EACH VENDOR MUST SIGN A VENDOR AGREEMENT AND PAY A $50.00 NON-REFUNDABLE VENDOR FEE BY CHECK OR MONEY ORDER MADE OUT TO RICKEY SMITH, NO LATE NOVEMBER 9, 2018. THIS FEE WILL ALLOW 1 INDIVIDUAL INTO 3 EVENTS OF THEIR CHOICE TO SEE:

 

() FRIDAY MEET & GREET

 

() FRIDAY NIGHT PRE JAM

 

() SATUDAY ADULT COOK IN

 

() MAIN EVENT

 

Vendor lease space is limited to conduct sell due to the space of the lease  facilities. All vendor must follow the RWOM & property codes, rules and regulation. All setup area will be selected and approved by RWOM. One  (1) four ft. table will be supplied for each vendor. The facilities (Hotel, Rink, Community Center) will not provide electrical outlet (power) or extension cords to vendor. Vendor can use battery operated unit to supply electrical power to their table. No gas generators, No loud disturbing noisy sound system will be allowed. No vendor items can be hung, taped, staple, sprayed or mated, on business ceiling, walls or furniture. The facilities rugs and floors must be protected when using items that can cause burn, fade, chip, scratch or tear to carpet and floor. No Derogatory, Profanity or Sexual explicit pictures or items can't be displayed BUT CAN BE SOLD. RWOM and Facilities Management will hold each vendor totally responsible for any and all damages in their lease area.

 

Any vendor fail to follow this agreement may be close down and removed from the lease facilities. The Rolling Wheels of Memphis Coordinator, Rickey Smith, has the right to stop or refuse any and all sales on lease facilities property.
